Process
After signing an agreement to kickstart your construction project, our expert architects take the helm for flawless coordination and monitoring:

Procurement and sourcing
On a renovation or a rental fit-out, procurement is a discipline of its own. Furniture, lighting, sanitaryware, materials and appliances each have their own lead times, suppliers and delivery windows, and a project only runs on schedule when those orders are placed in the right sequence and tracked to the door. We manage that sequence — raising the orders, confirming specifications, following deliveries and checking goods on receipt — so the right items arrive in the right order, and a delayed sofa or a missing light fitting does not hold up an entire handover.

Many of the investors we work with own a Dubai apartment but live elsewhere. Site supervision is the service that makes that distance workable.
