What full-service means
Most interior projects fail an investor not on taste but on coordination. A designer
produces a concept, a contractor is hired separately, furniture is ordered from a
third party, and the owner — often abroad — is left holding the gaps between them.
Full-service exists to close those gaps. Studio PASE takes a short-term rental from an
empty apartment to a listing-ready handover as one continuous engagement, with one
studio accountable from the first sketch to the final styled photograph.
In practice, a full-service engagement runs through five connected stages. We begin with
a design concept tuned to the building, the neighbourhood and the guest
the unit is meant to attract. We translate that into a complete
furniture and equipment package — every piece the apartment needs to be
operated, not just decorated. We then handle sourcing and procurement,
placing and tracking orders so the right items arrive in the right sequence. On site,
supervision and project management keep the trades coordinated and the
works on brief. And we close with a styling pass and handover, dressing
the unit so it is ready to photograph, list and host.
Why investors choose a single studio
For an owner who buys a Dubai apartment as an investment — and who may rarely set foot in
it — the value of full-service is not convenience, it is control. One studio means one
budget, one timeline and one point of accountability. There is no negotiating between a
designer who blames the contractor and a contractor who blames the furniture supplier.
Decisions are presented clearly enough to be approved remotely, and the moving parts —
orders, deliveries, snagging — stay on our side of the line.
It also protects the return. A fit-out that drifts over budget, slips its schedule or
arrives half-finished costs an investor twice: once in spend, and again in the weeks the
apartment cannot earn. A coordinated, full-service delivery is the most reliable way to
get a unit furnished correctly, finished cleanly and listed sooner.
The services behind a full project
A full-service project draws on the studio’s individual disciplines — Airbnb and
short-term rental design, interior architecture, decoration, home staging and site
supervision. They can be engaged together as one turnkey delivery, or individually where
you need only one part of the picture. Each is described below.
