Our Story
About Studio PASE
“Studio PASE is the interior design studio for short-term rental investors in Dubai.”
Studio PASE designs and furnishes properties that are bought to be rented out — Airbnb, Booking.com and holiday-home apartments across Dubai and the UAE. It is a deliberate focus: we design interiors as investments, not just as homes.
The studio was founded by Patricia Semon, an interior architect originally from Brazil who trained and graduated in Paris. That path gives Studio PASE a genuinely international eye — European elegance, Middle Eastern energy and a designer’s attention to the detail that makes a space feel complete.
For a short-term rental, that detail is not decoration — it is performance. Guests book a property from its photos and review it on how it actually feels to stay in. A considered, well-executed interior is what turns an apartment into a listing travellers choose and return to.
Our service is turnkey and built for owners who are often abroad: from the first concept to the listing-ready handover, one studio takes care of everything. Wherever you are, we are here to make your Dubai investment work harder.

Patricia Semon, founder
Studio PASE was founded by Patricia Semon, an interior architect originally from Brazil who trained and graduated in Paris before building her practice between France and the United Arab Emirates. That path is not just biography — it shapes how the studio designs. A Brazilian sense of warmth and light, a Parisian training in proportion and restraint, and years of working in Dubai’s fast-moving property market combine into an eye that is comfortable with both elegance and commercial reality.
Patricia leads every project personally. Investors are not handed to a rotating team; they work with the designer who sets the concept, selects the furniture and signs off the final styling. For owners placing a significant budget into a property they may rarely visit, that continuity matters — there is one person accountable for how the apartment looks, how it is equipped and whether it is genuinely ready to host.
How Studio PASE works
The studio is built around a single, turnkey idea: one team takes a short-term rental from an empty apartment to a listing-ready handover. That begins with a concept tuned to the building, the neighbourhood and the guest the unit is meant to attract. It continues through a complete furniture and equipment package, the sourcing and procurement that package requires, and the on-site coordination that turns drawings into a finished space. It ends with a styling pass and a handover designed for photography — the unit dressed, checked and ready to be listed.
Because so many of our clients are abroad, the process is documented and decision-light on the owner’s side. We present concepts, budgets and progress clearly enough to be approved remotely, and we keep the moving parts — orders, deliveries, contractors — on our side of the line. The investor makes the calls that matter and is spared the ones that do not.
Interiors designed as investments
Studio PASE is deliberately specialised. We are not a general decorator that also takes rental work; the short-term rental investor is the client the studio is built for. That focus is why the work is measured against listing performance rather than personal taste: a design succeeds when the photos earn the click, the space earns the five-star review and the apartment holds its value as an asset.
It is also why we are clear about what we are not. Studio PASE designs, furnishes and prepares short-term rental interiors. It does not operate listings, manage bookings or replace a licensed holiday-home operator. Our work stops at a beautiful, functional, listing-ready apartment — and that is precisely the part an investor most needs done well.
